This agreement covers your use of the RevivePix application. It follows Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, with the specifics below.
You are granted a non transferable licence to use RevivePix on any Apple device that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service.
The licence is for personal, non commercial use of the app itself. The photos and videos you produce are yours and this restriction does not apply to them.
We are solely responsible for support. Apple has no obligation to provide it. Write to support@revivepix.digitalnafta.com.
If the app fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price. Beyond that refund, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Any other claim is our responsibility.
We, not Apple, are responsible for addressing any claim relating to the app, including product liability, failure to conform to legal requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims, as well as any third party claim that the app infringes intellectual property rights.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third party beneficiaries of this agreement and, upon your acceptance, will have the right to enforce it against you.
You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a United States Government embargo, and that you are not on any United States Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
