RevivePix is an app that uses AI to restore, colorize, sharpen, enlarge and animate photographs. By using it you accept these terms.
The app runs on credits. Each mode costs a different amount because each one costs us a different amount to run:

New users get 3 free credits, once, for the lifetime of the install. Premium costs $5.99 per week or $39.99 per year, includes credits every period, and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. If a restoration fails because of a problem on our side, the credits go back to you automatically.

You are responsible for what you upload. We may refuse or stop processing anything that breaks these rules, and we will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
The result is yours. We claim no ownership of your photos or of the images and videos the app produces from them. You may use them however you like.
AI is not a time machine. Restoration and animation are plausible reconstructions, not recovered truth. Faces may end up slightly different from the real person, and an animation shows a movement that never happened. Do not treat the output as evidence of anything.
If you find content or behaviour that breaks these rules, write to support@revivepix.digitalnafta.com. We review reports within 24 hours.
We try to keep the service running but we do not promise it will never be down. The AI providers we depend on can fail or change. If the service is unavailable for a long stretch of a paid period, write to us.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy where you live.
