RevivePix is an app that uses AI to restore, colorize, sharpen, enlarge and animate photographs. By using it you accept these terms.
The app runs on credits. Each mode costs a different amount because each one costs us a different amount to run:

Master Mode is the high resolution restoration: it runs three models one after another and returns a print ready file of about 16 megapixels, together with three versions of the faces so you can pick the one that looks most like the person you remember.
New users get 3 free credits, once per device. They are granted a single time: if you delete your data and start again, the free credits are not granted twice. Premium costs $12.99 per week or $79.99 per year, includes 30 credits on every weekly renewal on the weekly plan and 30 credits every 30 days on the yearly plan, and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel it in your Apple account settings. Prices are in US dollars and vary by country: the exact price is always shown before you pay. If a restoration fails because of a problem on our side, the credits go back to you automatically.

You are responsible for what you upload. We may refuse or stop processing anything that breaks these rules, and we will cooperate with lawful requests from authorities.
The result is yours. We claim no ownership of your photos or of the images and videos the app produces from them. You may use them however you like.
AI is not a time machine. Restoration and animation are plausible reconstructions, not recovered truth. Faces may end up slightly different from the real person, and an animation shows a movement that never happened. Do not treat the output as evidence of anything.

We try to keep the service running but we do not promise it will never be down. The AI providers we depend on can fail or change. If the service is unavailable for a long stretch of a paid period, write to us.
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, our liability is limited to what you paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
These terms are governed by Spanish law, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection you enjoy where you live.
